Yes. Everything runs through QuickBooks Online, so your bookkeeping team can be anywhere — most of my clients never meet me in person, and that's by design.
Do you handle payroll and sales tax filing?
Yes, both are included in Full Service Bookkeeping — payroll runs, tax deposits, and local and state sales tax filings.
How much does Full Service Bookkeeping cost?
It's scoped to your transaction volume and whether payroll is involved, and it's typically under $1,000 a month. You'll get an exact number on your free consultation call, before you commit to anything.
What size business is a good fit?
This plan is built for businesses that have outgrown handling their own books but aren't ready for a full-time hire — usually with regular invoicing, bills to manage, and at least some payroll. If you're just starting out with very light bookkeeping needs, ask about our smaller monthly plan instead.
Do you only work with QuickBooks Online?
Yes. QBO is what we use exclusively, which is part of how two bookkeepers can work your account without anything getting lost between them.
